I'll assume you're talking about an A-body and yes, 4drs, 2drs, and wagons all used the same sheet metal from the firewall forward in those years. Be aware that 1968 and 1969 front fenders are NOT identical, however. The holes for the hood hinges are in different places, and since the bolts thread into nuts welded to the fender, you cannot bolt a 68 fender onto a 69 or vice versa. There is actually a third design, which was the factory replacement fender for those years. This part has the holes and threaded nuts for both the 68 and the 69 hinges.
