Just Wondering If Anyone Knows How To Find Out The Exact Color Interior A Car Came With From The Factory. I Got Like A Tan Color Didnt Know If There Is A Color Code Or A Factory Sheet The Will Tell You The Name Of The Color.

grab the trim code off the cowl tag. This only gives the factory original code, may not be what you have currently?

Look on the option code sticker under the trunk lid. Best yet, post a picture of it.

From the trunk tag -

54U - primary (ext paint) - yellow beige
58T - vinyl top - light chestnut
62I - interior trim - light saddle

It is interesting to know your '86 has a firewall tag plus an abreviated trunk tag. On my '86, all the info is on the trunk tag and there is no firewall tag!

 

Thank You Lady72nRob71 so most dont have both tags. the car has bench seat,i am buying buckets this weekend but they are grey, i found a site that sells replacement seat covers but didnt know the exact color.this info will make it easier then just tan. thanks again.

 

From the option tag, you have the 6 way power split bench seat. Mine has the one piece bench...

 

Some one must have changed the seat,it is split bench but no power. Thanks again rob
