I got my truck opened this weekend an found a pristine Goodyear Polyglass G70x14" on a rally wheel out of a W car.

Does an original tire like this have any exceptional value or does everyone just use repos?

Any idea on value?

maybe as a spare but I would think even a guy with a pure show car would never even think of putting that old of a tire that's been mounted for that long on a car. I'd put it in my trunk - that's a no brainer would be very cool. I just found an original whitewall tire in my parents garage this weekend, never knew it was a white wall as the whitewall faced against the wall, though it has a 50 year old flat spot on it.

Corvettes pay 8-10K for a set of non-DOT tires and drive on them. I see Goodyear are not repoed, oh well.
