We were out in the more rural areas of the county yesterday visiting some garage sales and came across this thing moldering in the front yard of a house a couple doors down from one of them. No idea of its condition close-up, whether it's for sale (no sign that I could see), or anything. Just an interesting piece of history slowly returning to the dust whence it came. Two-door hardtop body style. Looks pretty straight, from what we can see. Missing some trim here and there. Looks like it could make a good project or at least be a good source of parts.
The photos are from the street as I didn't want to trespass. Despite what the license plate on the front says, the car is not in Colorado.
Yes sir, that could be a thing of beauty if someone was inclined. However, judging by it's stable mate with the roll cages it will soon be a demo derby car. Too bad, it does look to be in decent shape. If it spent most of its life in CO it could be a very solid car. Aren't you in the market for another project Dan?
In one sense, always, but in another sense, the ones I have are taking all my time and money! But, on the other hand, how often do you find something this close to home?
