Well that is an interesting car to try to figure out. That is the the 2nd 00A one I recall seeing.
Definitely 2 different models there. Definitely not a factory manual floor shift.
2H? Possible heater delete?
5O? Possible seat belt delete A62.
Also, I believe the lower tail lights, which should be b/u lights have been replaced with (Supreme type) tail lights.

Looking at the pics - it doesn't have a heater & I don't see any evidence of seat belt anchors.
So, this was a "Spanish red", straight 6, column shift 3-speed manual transmission, Cutlass convertible w/o a heater or seat belts. Sounds like it started life outside the USA a little closer to the equator than Maryland.
As far as the Cutlass Supreme taillights & lack of back-up lights - I wonder if back-up lights were NOT required at the car's original destination & this car never had them?

WAIT! It gets better:

Run, don't walk, away. It's not that far from me, but I'm not interested in dealing with a title problem.

Title is indeed an adventure of pain. But if I could snag it for the current bid price, looks like she might be worthy?
That dash is an epic fail. Actually awful. But the chrome breather in the valve cover going into space is sweet. Why do they always say things like, "appears to be a Corvette engine?" Surely the seller, for a friend, is qualified to make this assessment.

It is amazing how many "Corvette" engines are out there in other cars. He doesn't give the engine code. Chevy engines are easy to decode.
Interesting how it has a Chevy pick up radiator hold down. Probably a mid 70's Chevy pu engine.
