I have a 1966 olds Cutlass Convertible. It came without the hydraulic pump for the convertible top, but all the lines etc are there. My question is does the pump sit in the trunk with the filler bung facing the left as you look at the car from the back, and which set of hoses do I connect to the rear of the unit? Do they run to the bottom of the hydraulic pistons or the top? I guess if I get it wrong the top will go down when it should go up, but I would like to get it right first time. Any help from you guys who own a 1966 Convertible Cutlass would be appreciated, thanks
