1/4 glass for a 68 cutlass convertable

My driver's side 1/4 window doesn't seem to seal correctly with the door window and top. Trying to figure out if the glass has been replace incorrectly (wrong year, wrong model) or if the window lift is broken or incorrect. The window cranks up and down without a problem but the 1/4 glass overlaps the door's window by a 3/8 of an inch. Any suggetions?

I just got done replacing a roller on one of my rear 1/4 window guide tracks. That was causing my window to be out of positioin. There are also several adjustments that can be made with the position of the window track mechanism that will correct your problem. You will need to remove the back seat and the 1/4 panel arm rest and inner panel skin to access the adjusting bolts. The Fisher Body manual for the 69 Cutlass shows how to do all of this so if you don't have that manual it would be good to invest in it. Good Luck.
