useing NOS shocks... Monroe's

about 2 years ago I bought a set of Monroe sense-a-tracks for the rear end, I checked the born on date and one ses 2010 and the other ses 06. They expand very slowly and not all the way. Usually gas shocks expand at a higher rate and all the way... so what gives

Do those have a lifetime warranty through your parts supplier? They are no good any more.
