It's whats for dinner

I have been enjoying the hell out of my new grill/smoker. And tonight this is whats for dinner.

Oops, replied to the wrong thread. On a related note, though, I noticed you changed the last picture in your first post....I think for awhile you had the same two meat pictures for start and hour three! Figuring I didn't know better, I didn't mention it. Looks great! Mail me a plate!
