Cruise-in at local Auto Shop in Arnold, MO Saturday May 6th
Hi guys,
I went to my 2nd cruise-in in as many days today at a local Auto Shop about 10-miles from me. This shop specializes in classic Oldsmobiles and Pontiacs. They do complete restorations and do nice work. They have offered to host our St. Louis Old's Club's All Oldsmobile Fun Show in the fall and we took them up on it. Not as many pics as from last night's cruise-in, but I hope you enjoy them!

Again so many nice cars. My brother had a 68 GTO that was damn near a twin of that 68. Same colors. Hidden headlights. Hood tach. Bench seat four speed car. 40 Ford truck is an all timer for me. Excellent example of a Comet GT there. I love early GTX's. That Ventura is sweet. Eight lugs and all. 65 GTO body style is another all time favorite.
Thanks again for the pictures.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed them! Ya, even though there weren't nearly as many cars there as there were last night, there were some very nice and unique cars there. The 68 GTO is for sale, also a 4-speed car, the guy wants $60K for it, who knows what he'd actually take though. I like the 65 GTO body style too, wish the guy would change out those ugly as hell gold wheels though!

I love the oddballs, and that Comet was great to see. Can't say I've ever seen one in person.
Jeff - I do too, I always try to take a pic of something I haven't seen before or is very odd. Did you see the pic of the AMC "Rebel Machine" in the pics of the cruise I was at the night before this one? The pics are in "The Clubhouse" if you missed them.

I did. That car doesn't do much for me, but that's because I prefer the AMX. A former coworker has a nice driver AMX, and also a V8 Gremlin. Alas, I'll never get to see those cars again, as he retired and bolted to FL.

I agree, I don't care too much for the Rebel Machine either, I was just pointing it out because you hardly ever see them. My younger brother had one of the Gremlin Sports with the 5.0L and a 4-speed. That thing was quick, but the ugliest thing on the road, it was that God awful pastel green.
