Isn't this just a cutting torch?

Kinda cool, but not exactly a "real" lightsaber".

Pocket flame thrower! Nice addition to the home invasion protection arsenal!

Wow, you're no fun. When I was that age I had a real chemistry set with all the "good" chemicals and a Bunsen Burner... I also had a stockpile of model rocket engines, a Lionel train set with the 250 W Model Z transformer, a Vac-U-Form with the high power heating element, a Mattel Power Shop with lathe and jigsaw, and a whole litany of toys that can't be purchased in today's keep-kids-in-a-bubble world. Still looking for a Hop-Rod, however.

The boyhood home is still standing, by the way.

And cars without seat belts, airbags, side impact beams, etc, etc.

That is the trouble with the world today. The stupid kids survive, grow up and multiply.

King of the Hill... scout-like group tending a fake fire, upsets Hank, he suggests a real fire.

"well, you wouldn't want them to get burned, would you, Hank?"

Hank: "Well, yeah, a little!"

From mistakes we learn, eh? Hopefully...

Pyrotechnics was always heavy on my mind as a youth, no wonder I became a gunsmith at age 18. Everything can be fixed with the proper amount of explosives... Tedd

I was offered an original set of JARTS the other day. I think I will buy them, what could go wrong?

My brother stuck a jart in one of the neighbor kids knees. He never saw it coming and he was looking the other way. So I can see first hand the danger in them. However we all still play horseshoes...

Guys:
My brother and I had a "Johnny Rebel Cannon" when we were kids, it was a spring loaded cannon that shot wooden ***** like the ones used in a Skeebal machine, it WILL dent the aluminum siding, ask me how I know! LOL I got yelled at for that one, isn't that sort of like " If you give a monkey a gun and he shoots someone, can you really blame the monkey?"
Thanks, Ron
