My guess is that the Omega3s would be safer.

The big issue with Advil (Ibuprofen) as well as Tylenol (Acetaminophen) you can easily overdose causing adverse liver conditions... Especially if you are also using statin drugs for cholesterol issues at the same time...

For sure. You have to be careful with all meds. I have passed my story on about the Omega 3's to a number of friends and friends of friends and I'm not the only one who has had success. Good for the brain, skin, eyes and more. Plus I still like going to Hershey and there's a lot of walking involved lol. 😎

I'm 68.

I needed more storage so I just bought another tool chest and now have everything organized.

Got my medical marijuana card last week for my pain. Load up on the CBD side instead of THC side and it helps great with the pain. THC side works on pain also but there is the high factor. Just throwing it out there.

Someone recently told me, truthfully.....
"You know you are getting old..... when you no longer collect baseball cards,
and are now collecting funeral cards......."
Sad, but true, I have had to go to 7 funerals so far this calendar year -- and missed an 8th because I was out of town at a car show.....
I hope I can out live some of my body parts!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey! We are so lucky compared to our forebears.
Plenty of us would be dead now if it wasn't for the advances in medicine over the years, or living with chronic pain and disability.
Routine surgery or even popping some pills might extend our lives way beyond what our grandparents could expect, and perhaps more important we can enjoy a high quality of life into advanced age too.
Whatever the problems with modern living, at least we are still around to deal with it.

Roger.
