Is it just me or is mlb BSin the fans with this business of not juicing the *****? Really, 24 runs on 25 hits? Been basically the same the last 3 games. Almost all hits equate to homeruns.

Well, the ballplayers come from pretty much everywhere.

 

And play on North American teams, in North American leagues.

 

The only thing more boring than playing baseball is watching baseball. It's hockey season, non stop action and they don't kneel during either national anthem.

Oh my god. Give it a rest. It's only been called the World Series for 114 years. If any topic has been hashed to death, it's this one. You want to complain about the name of the event, bring it up 100 years ago.

Yes. It's just plain silly to raise this issue now. It's been called the World Series for so long that that is the accepted name for it. Where were you in 1904 when this all began? Bring it up with those guys.

The point is there are other baseball leagues on the planet.

Serious baseball fan here. But I don't take the World Serious

 

Out of 195 countries in the world, only two have teams in this so-called "world series".
29 of the 30 teams are from the US; one is from Canada.
I laugh at how "worldly" this really is.

 

I miss the days of American Exceptionalism. We used to think we were the best, and the rest of the world kinda sucked. Now we are all enlightened and globalist and crap, and I think it's hurt us. I wish we could go back to being nationalists.
