When you are asked if you want to continue in English or Spanish, don't choose either one and just wait quietly for about 10 seconds and you will smile. Promise! Keep going and press 4. Listen to the options...then press 7. ha......ha!! I wonder how many people will do it? It's funny if you need a good laugh... you will find yourself calling to try some other options.

i just had to hit redial about 4 times in a row and got through. would be hard to explain. it asks, if you want to hear a knock knock joke press 2, if you want me to give the operator beside me a nookie press...if you want to learn about cooties press... and several other options.
