Lizzy Hale is one of the few female rockstars that doesn't trade on her looks at all, nor does she need to.

It doesn’t get much better than Ann and Nancy Wilson, circa 1976. Mid 70s craziness, 6 musicians with the same haircut - enjoy the nipples

So many exceptional female rock and blues musicians. I've also like Joanna Connor: She reminds of a neighbor kid's mom.

😳 She sounds like something you'd hear in a back-alley juke with a 40 watt bulb on the stage. Tasty stuff, thx!

For female musicians performing Led Zeppelin I enjoy the line-up of Anna, Gretchen , Holly, and Clementine of Zepparella. In this case Dazed and Confused (really a Jake Holmes composition).

Not a fan of post 1980 Heart, just the early days: Dreamboat Annie, Little Queen, Magazine, Dog and Butterfly.

Just pulled this up on the big screen, Holy **** - if I close my eyes its Jimmy Page caressing his Les Paul, but looks even better when I open them.

You beat me to her Solly, she’s hot and she rocks. I prefer her harder work - but optics on this one are hard to beat

I saw Susan Tedeschi at the Yard Rock Cafe in Quincy, MA around 1995. She had such a powerful voice, I remember saying to myself that night that she would be famous some day.....

Three remarkable female guitarists, Jennifer Batten, Gretchen Menn, and Nili Brosh performing Jeff Beck's Brush With The Blues. To me it seems a shame that they get limited exposure.

Shouldn't forget female vocalists. Beth Hart is incredibly talented, remarkable in the range of material she delivers, and a little more of recognized name than some of my other posts. Here ranging from a Janis Joplin delivery, to Etta James, to perhaps more of herself. Fantastic depth.

For whatever reason Suzi was more popular in UK than here. I had the "and Other Four Letter Words" 8-track that was actually on CBS UK label.

Sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell of Larkin Poe carrying the torch for roots music. Here's Preachin' Blues by the great Son House.

Hunkering down during the pandemic sharing videos from their living room. Great harmony, that perhap comes from sisterhood, on this Derek and the Dominoes classic.

Ouch that was a little harsh. If you don't know the name SUZI Quatro that's on you.
