RIP Keith Emerson
Our heroes of childhood passed on, now those of young adulthood follow...as my brother recently stated..."now we are the old people"
RIP Mr Emerson, may we have a little fanfare for the common man?

Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends(Karn Evil 9) ........ is cranked up LOUD and reverberating throughout the house in his honor. Great, talented player and showman. Another bit of my youth gone.

Not depression.
He had a progressive neurologic disease (ALS I assume) and had already lost the use of three fingers.
When you've got one of these diseases, you've got to make the decision, because if you don't pull the trigger early enough, you'll never be able to, and anyone who helps you will be on the hook for murder.
Rest in peace. There but for the grace of God could go any of us.
