Ravenna Car Show Pics!

Here are a few pics from today's show. Lots of nice cars and trucks there, and a few Oldsmobiles too, which was nice! Enjoy!

Thanks for the pics. It always makes me think when I see something like the flames on the Charger. Did that guy just wake up one fine day and think, "Hey, I bet an outline of flames coming out of every orifice on my car would look great!" To each his own. LOL.

I like that '71 Delta 88. Where did he get that "Oldsmobile" thing in the top part of the windshield?

Thanks Sandy. I like that Torino. Sweet looking car. Looks like a nice little town. In small towns here they shut down the main street and have all the cars line up. The local businesses sponser the show. I like little town shows. Our biggest little town show is in Three Hills, Alberta. I've never been, but they say about 800 cars show up.

Holy s&$t.

That's almost twice as many as attend an OCA Nationals. That's a heck of a small town!

Great pics Sandy!
Although I'm not really a Poncho guy, I REALLY like the looks of that Bonneville vert. Kinda makes me wonder why Olds never made a 98 as a vert.

Nice to see that Olds was represented!

Increases the town population by almost 1/2 when you get 800 cars coming into that event....

They made them. I think they stopped in 72? (1970 shown)

I stand corrected! Somehow my mind was thinking more to the 71+ years. My favorite years for the 'big' 98's were 73 and 76. The side styling was pretty much the same for all of them, but the front and back styling for those years really set them apart IMO.

Thx for the reminder Ken.

Thanks Sandy! I like the Charger, minus the pinstripping. Don't care much for the pinstripping on the 66 Chevelle either.

1970 was the last year for a 98 convertible.
