I was just going through some old photo folders and rediscovered this shot. In 2002 my wife was on a training trip to the south of England in the New Forest area, just north or the Isle of Wight. She stayed in and old Manor that was converted to a Hotel and spa. Lots of old stone walls and shadows everywheres. Tons of stories of ghost and spirits in the manor. She had our first digital camera that had a 1 1/2 inch square display. She did not notice anything funny until seeing them on the computer when she got home. It really looks like something was standing on the path at the right side of the picture and it took off down the path when she took the picture. Boo!

Always liked the loose lugnut pictures. Seen a lot of those along side the road

 

Woops..
reminds me of the travel trailer I saw off to the side.. NO axle under it at all.
I thought it just lost the wheel.. but on my quick closer glance the entire rear bumper was on the ground and the axle was MIA..
No I didn't get the chance for a pic.. drove by it too quickly and pulling my trailer so no chance to go back and drive by again for a pic..

 

Looks like those lug nut studs actually sheared off.. . not a fun site to see for the one towing the car..

I just bought the car and was about 5 mins from home on a 60 min trip.


Yeah I dont know if the lugs were actually loose or not. THe garage I bought it from said they towed it also with no problems, and that they even remounted the rims after inspecting stuff. Either way I got the shitty end of the stick.
But it still made it home,.....

 

yep, they were loose. bummer. glad to see the quarter damage wasn't worse.

 

There was a lil bit of quarter panel damage but nothing too bad. One of my club members is buying it off me now. He wants to kinda rockabilly it out. Flat paint,pin striping, cragars, etc.

It's hard to see but it's a Prius that ran out of gas.
