Pike River Coal Mine.

I know there are a couple of our Kiwi brothers on C.O.
Our thoughts are with you guys. Damn shame the outcome wasn't the same as for the Chilean miners. No "Merry Xmas" for a lot of families this year.

Mining is a pretty dangerous occupation. With all the technology we have today, it's too bad we can't make it safer.

Thanks Col, it is a terrible tragedy, there are a couple of Aussie missing as well.
Lets just hope they can retrieve the bodies as quickly as possible to at least give the families some closure.
