My girls are Ready for the summer
You know, in looking at your photos, I'm kind of surprised you don't have a fence around your pool. An exposed swimming pool like that is about the most attractive of attractive nuisances. Anyone could come in off the street and jump in, especially if you're not home or on vacation. Somebody could be cutting through your yard in the middle of the night and fall in because they don't see it. I've read of these kinds of things happening. If anyone gets hurt in your pool, regardless of how they got there or whether or not they had your permission, and as unfair-sounding as it is, it's YOU they're going to sue.
We have neighbors a few blocks away with a backyard trampoline which is another nearly-sure lawsuit-in-the-making, and they've got a fence around their yard. I don't think the code requires a fence in the case of a trampoline, but I sure don't blame them for putting one up.
Maybe yours doesn't, but many jurisdictions require by law a fence of a certain height (usually a minimum of four feet, I believe) around swimming pools just to prevent as much as possible unauthorized access. From those photos, maybe your area is rural enough that you get enough privacy that my concerns are overblown. But I do see what look like some houses in the background of the two photos with the slide.
Good luck!
