keeping "to be" in restored
keeping "to be" in restored
I don't know if I'm alone here but one think that makes me loopy is when an ad says a car "needs restored" or "needs finished". What catalog can you order 'restored' or 'finished' through? My cars need it to - so If I can just get it somewhere, I'd be rolling in no time.
Sorry for the sarcastic rant but that is one of those things that is fingernails on a chalkboard to me. Basic English.
Another one of my favourites is 'my loss is you're gain'....grrrrrr
Gotta go, I need showered and eaten.....
