Just a reminder that this was a turning point in the war in Europe. Of all of those who died, there was neither a SUCKER nor a LOSER that served our country.

Indeed it was. Is this event even mentioned in the schools curriculum anymore?

I doubt much of anything about WW2 is mentioned in schools today. Todays history courses seem useless if even taught.
