Wow, some of you guys really know your older cars! 81% for me. My dad used to really know his cars, wonder how he would have done if he was still around.

No, not really. All these cars were built before I was born. You just have to be obsessed about vintage American cars. Now make a quiz like this for cars built in the teens and '20s and I'd be pretty lost.

I thought the '52 - '54 Mercury was the toughest and where I failed.

If you screw up on one you most likely will on the one that you messed up on second. (does that make sense?) One screw up leads to another, kinda like this post.....Tedd

I did the dashboard quiz and it's a lot tougher because honestly, we memorize these old cars by the outside, not the inside, but it's well worth taking the quiz just to marvel at the awesome interior design these old rolling art sculptures have! What creativity in the old days. Somewhere along the line, designers became more focused on the practical and inexpensive which has ultimately led us to the exact opposite of these works of art... the Tesla Model 3 dashboard. A computer monitor on an IKEA table.

Well, good luck with the books! they rarely show interior dashboard photos, but they should! IMO, the only way to ace the dashboard quiz is go to a lot of car shows and take a lot of notes.
