That's exactly what I am doing, just found one too!

Nice and cool weather today though. Actually the first day in a while we haven't used the cooler. Currently 70 and overcast with occasional rain/mist.

Wow, my neighbors are going to KILL me! 2,000 Black Cats lasts about 7 min. followed by Sir Lancelot artillery shells which happen to be the biggest baddest ones I could find, and then 200 Saturn Missiles...we just made some NOISE in Houston! I don't know how much more of ME my little golf course community is going to tolerate lol!

So what happened to celebrating inside, hitting the refresh button? My golfcourse community does not allow fireworks, the B@$^1ds!

My town doesn't allow them. The state didn't until recently. Now it's a mess since they made it so you can buy them, but can't use them most places in the state.

My wife gave me an ultimatum...it was either drive into town and fight traffic to see the big fireworks show or go get fireworks to shoot off for my 5 year old. I chose the FUN option

I just hate that no matter how much you spend on fireworks your kids will always say "is that all?"

Congratulations on you 236th birthday my American friends. We just turned a young 145 in Canada. Both countries are young compared to our neighbours in Europe. Heck they been making beer for over 600 years over there or so they claim on that last bottle of Stella beer I drank.
It's also the 200th anniversary of the war of 1812 in Canada. For those not familiar that's the one were we Canadians kicked butt and burned the White House. Well not really Canadians mostly French and Native Indian troops. But it's the point were Upper and Lower Canada began our rise to what is now Canada. Hope all is forgiven because I Love America.

Happy birthday
Mike
