Grapevine TX BBQ Joints ?
If you were going I would tell you to go to Bone Daddy's. Good BBQ and very nice scenery if you are a guy.
For TexMex I would recommend Esparza's. Can't go wrong. Here is the link;

Another great place is Tolbert's. Famous for their chili but good Texas and Southwestern food. Here is the link:

When are you coming? I agree with the previous suggestions completely, but had a few other suggestions as well. The ******* Texan Hotel is a first rate establishment with a very nice bar/live entertainment attached called The Glass Cactus right there in Grapevine, some great entertainment and a nice place to have a drink. You can check their concert schedule online via google. Also the Ft Worth Stock Show and Rodeo runs until Feb 4th if you'd like to see live PBR bull riding and excellent horsemanship talent in Ft Worth....FUN. The Decatur swap meet will be on the last weekend of Feb as well, a potential good source for some good rust free parts. The annual Sweethearts and Orphans Car Show will be on the same weekend in Denton, TX featuring Graham/Nash, Oldsmobiles, Studebakers, AMX Javelin Club and any other marquis that have now gone defunct. It's usually a very nice show with great folks eager to talk cars. Same weekend features the Monster Jam monster truck rally at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, VERY COOL!!! What are your dates, interests, and budget?
Funk gave some great ideas if you were going. However, your wife might really enjoy spending time at the ******* Texan. It is a fantastic place just to walk around and the restaurants are pretty good.
