Detroit TV Commercial

My beautiful wife just loves this old Buff Whelan TV commercial. I can't count the number of times she has repeated this commercial to me!

Do remember this TV commercial from Detroit?

Here's some more Buff Whelan TV Commercials. Notice the Crazy Lady Commercial is listed first.
The others aren't nearly as good.

ABC Warehouse has been going strong since the 1970"s. These commercials don't even scratch the surface!

Opps! You said don't tell 'em!

I played a game at the Barn before and skated at Adstoll Arena once or twice. My home rink was in Harrow, Ontario. I sucked at hockey btw, but still had fun.

I was fortunate enough to skate with some of the Red Wings at Joe Louis Arena in the 80's and I played with and against the Red Wing Old Timers in Southgate or Riverview around the same time.

Fun times!

But besides all that... Detroit TV was very strong in the 1970's! The Metropolitan Detroit Area was the #5 TV & Radio market in the US.

Don't Forget The 60's & Detroit Dragway... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNAZ9GJa1TY

If you are a fan of Detroit Radio from the 80's... you gotta luv The Dick The Bruiser Band... http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...d&spell=1&sa=X
