Aylmer Auto Show pics

I went to the Car Show in Aylmer, Quebec yesterday. The forecast called for rain in the afternoon. This was the 20th annual show, but also their last one, so I, and many others, decided to go anyway, since this was the last one.

It was a warm and very humid morning, and early afternoon it started to rain and continued on and off the rest of the show. Even a few thunders.

The show had a good turnout, even with the weather forecast.

Here are pictures of most of the Oldsmobiles at the show. I did not get a chance to take a picture of 2 '69 Cutlass or my Delta because of the rain.

First time I have seen a W-31 at a local car show here.

This Cutlass still had a V6 in it.

Fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing. Looks like a good turnout. That 82? with the V6 looks sad. And the V6 isn't much of an engine in that car either - classified more as 'pitiful'. Obviously the start of a great restomod??

The 55, 58 (with 76 wheelcovers) and Toro look so neat!

The f-85 W31 looks so spectacular. What I wouldn't give to take it for a spin across the .....country! It just oozes power.

Similar F85 W31 to above. Super duper rare, even more than the Cutlass W31 IIRC.

Do you know anything about the car in the picture you posted? Owner or location?

Unfortunately, no. Just a pic I had saved for a while. Below is another, but the 'Cutlass' version.

Thanks for all the pics. I saved them all.

Looks like a BC plate on the Mid-seventies Duster. Could be Gene Wray's car. BTW, did you have any Poutine?
