I have a machinist I use thats in Hillside(right where RT78 and the Parkway meet). He is just a machine shop but his attention to detail is top notch. They will build you a motor but I would tell him the clearances you need. I don't think he has a torque plate for boring but I'm sure you could rent one from someone who has one, either on here or ROP. What are your goals? stock rebuild or performance. If you want proformance then your best bet is BTR in Rochester NY. JKaz

no not really looking for more performance then a healthy 455 could deliver not for racing anyway, maybe some spirited stoplight action if a stang gt shows up LOL... I am looking more for longevity... Performance machine is in my town but i know nothing about these guys and I have lived here 20 years!!! also eddies valve grinding is real close but I have heard mixed reviews...
