Are tires raised letters or whitewalls.Dealer or supplier to purchase these tires.Thanks Don

Yes, PK5 was standard for the W30, same as in '70.

Wouldn't the PK5 be the Polyglass G70-14 RWL?

Only if it was a Goodyear tire.

The RWL tires were made by Goodyear, Uniroyal, Firestone, and Goodrich in 1970. I *think* there was the same lineup for 1971.
