I have a 1964 Dynamic 88 4 door getting ready for paint. All the trim is off but the chrome fin toppers on the rear doors/fenders. The shop manual says these are held on by spring clips and are supposed to be PRIED off with a flat balde like a putty knife. Looking at what I can see inside the trunk i don't think so. Anyone even remove these?

Figured it out. Just a screw and clips. All the trim off and heading for the soda blast.

 

Did you find and sheet metal for your 64? If so where? Thanks Jody
