seat belts

Need seat belts for my 62- 88 .what would work out of junk yard ?

Don't get belts from a wrecking yard. Order new ones from a site like one of these.

Your 62 should already have hard points for the front lap belts in the floor. You can see them from under the car. The threaded inserts will have rubber plugs in them. The back belt locations are just dimples in the floor pan. Drill them out and use reinforcing plates on the underside of the pan.
