68 442 Rear (4) lower control arms sleeves

I am swapping differentials on my 68 442 and realize that all (4) of the rear lower control arms (boxed) the sleeves are all missing and i wonder if any one carries them or should i just make my own? Thank you in advance.

I am not sure what sleeves you are referring to. Aren't the sleeves in the bushings?

The sleeves that i am talking about are placed inside the rear lower control arms (the boxed type) the bolts that attach the rear sway bar to the rear lower control arms.

There are no sleeves. The boxing plate is formed at the bolt locations to provide this reinforcement.
