Putting car back together with all window regulator bolts etc. pre marked when I took it apart so adjustment would be a non issue. Well with new outer seal installed its pushing the window inboard significantly. I realize this can potentially be adjusted out but am concerned with the amount of pressure being pushed on the glass by the new rubber.
I bought the new weather-stripping from yearone. Has anyone any experienced this issue? What was the fix?

 

wish I could provide an easy solution but every car I have put new weatherstripping on around the windows its constant tweaking to get it right - at least for me
