Mini Tub 72 Cutlass 2dr Ht

Has any one ever mini tubbed 72 Cutlass ?? any good refferals for Dallas Tx area ??

Are you planning to narrow the frame? The rear wheel housings currently fit right up against the frame rails. Mini tubs don't buy you anything unless you narrow the frame rails first.

What he said. What size tire/wheel do you want to run? You can get quite a bit of tire under these cars. If you do still want to have it done I can point you in the right direction. I personally could not get to it for 6 months or longer.

A 22" x 10" wheel will fit with room to spare but will look terrible in my opinon. If you must do 22" the only way to make it look right is a 22 x 12" or 14" and a narrowed frame to make it all work. Requires lots of body modifications too. Its not going to be cheap any way you go but you might look at the Schwartz or RS chassis.

PS I'm not an anti big wheel guy like many on here will be but I am very anti wrong wheels for the stance and theme of the car.

Now if you are talking 22" all the way around I can't even give you suggestions because there is no way to make that look right IMO.
