Front suspension question.
Front suspension question.
Brought this over from the intro forum, thinking this a better place to ask about front end issues.
Finally getting my head screwed on straight and selling my '54 Ford tudor to get into a 1966 F85 Holiday Coupe. Will be giving it another look over this week but so far seems to be in real nice shape. Does need shocks but looking into why when I turn left when cornering it sounds like a rub coming from the right front wheel. What should I be looking for suspension wise?? All advice welcome.
SS1 and wider tires. Had the wife and son with me and didn't get a good look at tire width but suspecting that has something to do with it. Also has a little sag at the right front. Could use a few tips on what else to look for. What should I look at for signs of wear. 98000 mi. car with a 330.

Tire's that are too tall combined with sagging springs, will usually rub on the rear of the front wheel well. I would look on the inside of fender wells for evidence. The front end on these cars are not very expensive to rebuild.
