Cleaning out the rocker panels

Cleaning out the rocker panels
Is there a decent way to do this? I'm working on a '72 Supreme, and I can stick a finger into the drain holes at the back and feel lots of dirt and leaves. Any options other than cutting them open?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Take the back seat out, remove the quarter trim, and clean the crap out of the bottom of the quarters with brushes and a shop vac. When you get it mostly done, use 409 cleaner, brushes, and lots of water to wash it out. Let dry for a while and POR15.
Here are a few pics when i did mine years ago...

That hole you found leads right into the quarter in that lower valley. There should be a rubber flap covering it, too.
Nice to see another in the Plano area!

Hmmm... I'll need to poke at it some more. For reference, here's a picture I had handy:
The car is just a shell. My wife loves the new garage decor.
The quarter well is clean. Seemed like there was a void between the rockers - below the bottom of the quarter. Maybe my understanding of physics got twisted from the POR-15 fumes.
