Does anyone know where I can find two rear quarters panels for a 1973 Delta 88 royale 4 door. ?
Or what other year of Delta 88 quarter panels will work for the 1973 year of Delta 88?

Good used is your only option, so start contacting wrecking yards in the west.

I found GM salvage parts which is based in California, and found both sides for $950.00. To me that price seem kind of high. Especially since that doesnt include shipping cost.
@Joe_Padavano thank you for the reply

Since they are not repro'ed they can ask whatever they want unfortunately. You can't work with what you have?

Sadly, that's supply and demand at work. How many of them have you seen for sale? I'd certainly keep looking, as there are a number of wrecking yards that specialize in older sheetmetal. Try DVAP and Fremans, among others.

Um I think so but since I only do engine work, when it cones to body work I will approach everything with an optimistic view.
But both sides are rusted away from the frame. If you look in from the trunk you can see the ground on both sides.
The bottoms are really bad and not attached at all (due to the snow from rough winters on the east coast)
Thanks for the reply.

Yeah I will try other places who specialized in older sheet metal and wreck yards. The GM salvage ($950.00) was the lowest place I seen and was cut from the exact year that I am looking for. But cutting them and then wielding another piece over them may be the more affordable option.
Thanks for the reply.

I go to DVAP quite often now that I live close by. I grew up on Long Island, and lived in Florida...so I can honestly say I have an appreciation rust free sheet metal. See pics.

If you contact DVAP and ask for AJ or Nick. Hopefully they can get you a better price than $950. You are not getting 442 sheet metal! Tell them Paul from AAA told you to call (I work for AAA thats how they know me up there).

Good luck!
Paul..

I got into contact with Nick from DVAP, the prices are great. The only killer part would be the shipping, but where there is a will there is a way.
So thanks again Paul
P.s I will try to locate something closer to the East Coast but more than likely I will got that direction.
Thanks

Yea...shipping is always a problem. Some smaller items can go Greyhound. I've used them before. They are reasonable, but you still need to get the parts to the bus station, and pick them up on the other end. Wish I knew a better way. Good luck with whatever direction you do go.
