85 delta body bolts

I am swapping frames on an 85 2 door delta, there are 8 bolts that mount the body to the frame. the question is; Are the nuts on back side fastened to the body? or do I need to get in there and hold them? thanks

They are caged nuts and being in Arizona the bolts should come out nicely.

Arizona or not, use an impact wrench to improve your chances of getting the bolts out without spinning one of the cage nuts. It doesn't take much to break one of the nuts loose from the cage, at which point you'll be cutting a hole in the floor to access it. And don't waste your time spraying penetrating oil on the bolt head - it won't get to the threads but it WILL make it easier for the socket to slip off the head of the bolt. The only thing that will help is to drill a small hole in the floor directly above each cage nut and spray into the cavity.
