I've got a '70 convertible. I am looking at a '70 coupe parts car.
Outside of the trunk not being interchangeable and the rear quarter glass, what else will I not be able to use. I know I can use just about the whole front end, but what about the doors, hardware off the rear quarter window,
lower part of the rear quarter panels?

The Holiday Coupe (2 dr HT) doors and door glass are the same, either from a Cutlass ("fastback" or xx87 body style) or a Supreme ("notchbck" or xx57 body style). If you swap the doors you'll need to transfer the wedge plates from your old doors. Everything forward of the firewall is the same, as is the rear bumper and the dash. Front seats are also interchangeable. The rear quarters from a Supreme (xx57) can serve as patch panel donors but the xx87 will not (except for small sections). The quarter windows, quarter window mechanism, rear seat, rear quarter interior panels are all different.

Also all the suspension, IE trailing arms, control arms, swaybars, rears and spindles are the same. JKaz

 

I've bought the Cutlass Supreme coupe car for parts. So if anyone needs something that will not work on my convertible let me know. I will also post a thread in the parts for sale forum when I get to that point.
