OK the front sway bar is going back on my 69 442. Its 1".

What length of end links do I need?

Planning on buying polyurethane bushings instead of stock rubber.

 

The front link kits will have the right length bolt as long as you specify the model year. The ones I put on my 72 were made by TRW and were slightly longer than OEM. No big deal, they fit either way but I put them in opposite of the factory just because it was easier and less of a PITA by the upper ball joint castle nut.
