66 442 shocks

I will be getting an alignment and plan to replace the shocks all around on my 66 442. The current ride is not too bad - it has some old Delcos on it now but the rubber end bushings have seen better days. Any recommendations?

KYB gas a just. I had them on my 65 442 for years. Had a very nice ride.

Koni Street shocks (the orange body series) are an excellent choice - I much preferred them over KYBs that I once had on my '72.

Third! I just put a pair on the front of my 67, and they ride really nice.
I DO NOT recommend installing poly bushings in them, unless you're in the mood for a fight. LOL

Looks like the way to go. No, I do not like struggles - rubber is just fine

Which part numbers did you get? KYB shows the correct ones for the 66 are front: KG4515, and rear: KG5507. I assume these are the same for the 67. However, your pic of the front shock shows the lower attachment enclosed holes where the KYB product illustration shows them to be slots (open ends) which makes sense for easy installation.

I didn't check the part number prior to installing. A friend gave them to me; they could be F or G body application.

Yup, those are the correct ones according to KYB.
