WTB nice 70-72 Cutlass convertible

I am looking to buy a nice, clean 70-72 Cutlass convertible if anyone has one or knows of one.... I am located between Chicago and Indy.

There are a few on the Atlanta Craigslist. But of course, that'll require a long drive.

Looking to spend around $20k.... I have seen pictures of a recently painted, blue 72 clone in Racine. It looks nice in the photos...

You need to hook up with this guy! He doesn't say where he is, but his phone number's area code is in Ohio.

Thanks Jaunty75, I have a clean 1971 Cutlass Supreme convertible for sale. You can see photos of it in the for sale section here at ClassicOlds. I'm near Salem, Ohio; which is south of Youngstown and east of the Canton/Akron area in northeast Ohio. The car should make the trip back to your neighborhood with no problems. I've put several hundred miles on it already this summer. It's a pleasure to drive. I've known this car since I was in high school in 1986. I finally had the opportunity to buy the car 3 years ago from the man's parents (same owner since 1986, he died of cancer in his 40s). I hate to let her go. The ONLY reason I'm selling is to fund the building of a bigger house for my family, then I'm going hunting for a 1970 pace car...my bucket list car. You can call or text my cell phone (330)341-zero-four-four-two. I've put over 4,000 miles on this car in the last 3+ years, so reliability and road-worthiness is not an issue.

Well, I never heard from him. I guess he doesn't like brown.

That was a really nice car, he sold it to Volo Auto Museum for $20,000. That would have been a great starter car for the price.
