I am honing in a bit on what I'm looking for. I'm open to cars but I think ideally:

Non 442 only be its out of my price range for the quality I'm looking for.

I had a sweet looking 71 Cutlass Supreme Bamboo with good looking engine compartment and interior sell for $6000 the day before I could travel and see it. Or Giftmans green cutlass supreme for sale on here looks awesome for $8750 and probably ever. Better than I'm looking for. I wish it were a little closer, but I think what I'm looking for should be reasonable.

So I'd like a more original looking car but still sporty. Largely free of rust. 350 or 455 engine with rocket air cleaner a plus. The rest like hood and interior don't need to match or be original. Would like interior to be good as well. Car doesn't need to be perfect but ideally something I would be comfortable taking to a local show.

Hope that specification helps a little. Let me know if I'm unclear or out of line. I'm sure a lot of you know what's what a lot more than me.

Thanks

Shawn

Too bad you weren't here when I sold my '71 Supreme, a dealer ended up with it, and promptly doubled the price (it was not worth what they asked).

I figured I would throw it out due to the price and the commute to go see it. Good luck in your search.

I have a 1972 black with white interior, in good shape all around, you could drive it home for 13,000. If interested call Frank 618-523-4636 in the St. Louis area. Can send pics if interested.

Not at all, this car is very road worthy. If you need pics send you email address and I will send some.

Just a reminder. Alabama vehicles made before 1975 do not have titles. They are sold with a bill of sale.
