WTB-'69,'70, or '71 442
I am looking to buy a '68 to '72 442 (my preference is '70) that is in good to excellent condition, especially the paint, as I won't have the money for a repaint once I buy the car. I don't want a convertible, and I would like A/C because I live in a state that gets pretty hot in the summer, and my wife said (this is her only purchase condition) she won't go anywhere with me if it doesn't have A/C. I would prefer a 455 over a 400 engine, but in the right car, I wouldn't care.
As expensive as the 442s are getting these days, I would, also, be open to getting a nice Cutlass in the same year range if the engine has been swapped out for a 400 or a 455, in case the 442s turn out to be beyond my budget, which they may be.

Travel might be a problem if it means flying too far to see the car. I can fly short distances, but after an hour or two, max, my claustrophobia starts to kick in, and I get very uncomfortable. I'm on the west coast. Price range depends on the car obviously, however, I'm in the $35 to $40K price range, perhaps more, depending on the car. It has to have little to no rust with little to no body filler. I'm leery of northern to northeast cars due to the rusting problem they often have.
