WTB 68 - 72 Cutlass S/442

I'm very interested in the cutlass. I live in Chicago and depending on location, I am willing to travel. I am pretty much looking for a project car. 68-72 Cutlass S /442 are the targets.

I have a 70 cutlass S that is numbers matching but def a project here in Las Vegas. Very solid but has a couple body issues

i had it for sale for 3500. but the windows got busted out and the motor is now seized. So I have no clue what to ask honestly
