Be very careful. Very very hard to verify an early W car.

 

Best to buy a Canadian sold 1969 F85 or Cutlass S W31 as you can get the GM of Canada Vintage Vehicle Services documentation.

What level are you looking for? project? driver? show car?

PS: Mine will never be for sale, but I know a lot of 1969 W31owners.
