Seeking 70's era Olds ambulance

Just started appreciating these professional cars and want to add a Oldsmobile ambulance to my collection. Any leads will be appreciated and , of course, will receive a generous finders fee if I buy it. Thank you.

I saw this at the 2011 Mid-Ohio Chapter Olds show. I don't think it was for sale. Nice-looking car. I always thought it looked a bit more like a hearse than an ambulance with the fancy curtains and the ornate metalwork on the sides toward the rear, but it says "ambulance" on it, and it has the siren on top.

Well, you're right Jaunty, it's neither a hearse or an ambulance , it's commonly referred to as a " combination". Many funeral homes back in the day also provided ambulance service for the local community and when they weren't transporting dead people to the cemetery, they were dispatched to ferry people to hospitals or respond to emergency situations.
All and all, I think purists would consider them more hearse than ambulance. Nice rig though !

Regardless of whether or not it's a hearse or an ambulance, it's apparently officially a Cotner-Bevington conversion. Here's another photo I took that day of the tag.

There is one about 35 min from me. I see it outside a house all the time if I get out that way. Its red and about a '72 or '73 olds. i think it was a fire dept ambulance. looks decent too but it does sit out alot. I've always wanted to inquire about it. If I get out that way I'll grab a picture, leave anote or give you the address to maybe send something.
