I have a 72 Cutlass supreme Hardtop, restored 95% I love convertible tops and have been looking for a 71-72 Convertible I could possibly restore, using mainly parts from my 72 Hardtop. Willing to travel.

 

Where are you from? I have a 71 supreme convertible that is getting a new engine put in as we speak. I would sell it with the original motor, for the right price. It needs a refreshed interior, but the interior is pretty good as it sits right now.

I have a 72 Cutlass convertible I will consider selling. The top is good. The interior is good (mylar on the door panels needs a little glue) and it only has 85,000 miles on it. I have the original invoice and protecto plate. It is a 350/350. It needs a rear main bearing seal and a front pump seal on the transmission. It is time for a repaint. The brakes are out. I have a disk brake setup that I was going to convert to. I am in the Dallas suburb of Rowlett (fortunately did not get damage from the tornado last week that was within a mile of us). What part of Louisiana are you in? I grew up in West Monroe but have lived in the Dallas areas since 1979. I have owned this car since 1993.
