Looking for any of these three cars:

1. 1970 442 coupe.

Must be 4-speed.
Silver car a big plus but will consider all colors.
OAI a plus but not required.
Very nice original body panel show/driver.

2. 1970 442 coupe.

Must be dual-gate automatic with A/C.
Silver car a big plus but will consider all colors.
OAI a plus but not required.
Nice solid original uncut car.

3. 1970 442 convertible.

Must be floor shift automatic with A/C.
Twilight Blue a big plus on this car but not absolutely required.

70 442 4 Speed with OAI

I have a 70 442 with OAI that I am considering selling. It is not Silver though, It is Black with Gold stripes and W30 emblems added. This is a real 442 and a real 4 speed. the unique part is that it is also an original A/C car. I removed the A/C when I rebuilt the motor and stored all of the parts so it can be re-installed if someone would like to do that. The car does not have the original 455 engine block, it has the other original parts on it, just not the block which was frozen. There is a date code and Lansing built olds 455 442 engine used for the rebuild and it runs really well. The 4 speed is the M21 Muncie and it has been fully rebuilt and works great with a new clutch. It also has a W30 3.91 O type rear end in the car. It is a very nice clean car and I take it to shows and drive it on weekends. If you are interested let me know and I can get you more information.

I have a 70 442 with the w30 options in twilight blue. Car is a true 442 that came from the factory in twilight blue code 28 and has a white top with pearl and black interior. Everything on the car has been restored. Rebuilt 455 engine to w30 specs, rebuilt 70 400 turbo trans - both with less than 200 miles since restored. I have the correct 70 w30 part mumbers for the carb, alternator, water pump, aluminum intake, fan clutch and shroud, air cleaner, original Ram air hood, correct battery, Harrison radiator, his her shifter, tilt steering, new top, new pearl buckets and carpeting, door panels, new bumpers, new paint job. Car is fully restored. I will have it at the old national this year in WI if you want to see it. I judge these cars and know it's worth. I'll be judging again this year. I will sell car for right price but really have no reason to seek as this restoration took 2 years to complete as getting correct part numbers is difficult.

I also have F heads for the car. I do not have a build sheet that shows W30 on it. My price would be adjusted down from what a documented W30 sells for in a conidition #1 car
