Welcome to C.O.! I see you joined to sell? First your body style is an "S" holiday coupe. A supreme has different roof line.

Good luck with your sale!

Yes, the G in the VIN indicates this. If the car were a Cutlass Supreme, the second character would be a J.

The VIN fully decodes as a 1972 Cutlass S Hardtop Coupe (2 door), 350 V8, 2-bbl carburetor built at Lansing.

Not to tease you! But, I do have a set of 15" repops from wheel vintiques setting in my attic, only 2500 miles on them. They were on my 87 442 which the originals were rusty and pitted.

I am not ready to part with them do to the 14" RWL tires getting scarce, I may need them as a plan "B".

Pat actually I joined Classic Olds.com July of 2013. I am 63 years old and had an olds cutlass 442 hurst in 1970 it was maroon with black interior beautiful car wish now I would have kept it. I am in the process of cloning one from a 67 cutlass supreme. Have had all chrome redone all interior from legendary auto interiors all tubular suspension hoskiss sway bars QA1 shocks all new underneath positraction. In the paint shop now it will be spanish red whole car including roof. I have a few friends that are helping me including Walt out of mainville ohio and Tweed out of eastern Ohio. I cant't find a 400 so i'm putting in a chromed out 350 rocket being a clone won't make much difference anyway. I f I find a 400 maybe I will swithch them out. Thanks for your advice Tommy n Debb
